Introduction to CrossFit is for those who are new to CrossFit or those who would like to start slowly.
CrossFit uses high-intensity training for shorter periods of time, utilizing a different workout each day. Workouts are always supervised by a certified CrossFit coach who scales workouts o fit each individual's current fitness level.
All ten domains of fitness are addressed, as well as nutrition, mobility, and recovery. At CrossFit Wolfbone, we focus on your core, range of motion, and correct form. We do this to minimize the chance of injury and maximize results.
Most classes consist of:
- 5 minutes of mobility
- 5-10 minutes of warmup
- 5-30 minutes for the workout of the day
- 25-45 minutes total workout
Current Class Schedule
Monday-Friday: 5am, 6am, 11am-1pm, and 4-7pm
